These Terms govern your use of Norven and the home massage services we book on your behalf. Please read them carefully. By booking a session or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Norven is a mobile massage coordination service operating in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Norven is currently accepting inquiries only. Norven makes no claim that any therapist is licensed, insured, screened, background-checked, or vetted. Throughout these Terms, "Norven," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the Norven service. "You" or "Client" refers to the person making an inquiry.

Norven coordinates in-home massage sessions delivered by independent therapists. We are not a medical service. Norven makes no medical claim: sessions are intended for general relaxation, stress relief, and recovery — not for the diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any medical condition.
Norven does not claim that therapists dispatched through Norven are licensed, insured, background-checked, screened, or vetted, and does not guarantee specific outcomes from any individual session.
Norven is currently accepting inquiries only. No booking is created and no payment is taken on this website. Founder Pricing is ₱2,500 per session. Norven publishes no other price, discount, or promotional rate. Any scheduling or payment arrangement is discussed manually through @norvenph on Instagram.

Norven publishes no refund, credit, rebooking, replacement-session, or quality guarantee. Any concern is discussed directly by contacting norvenph@gmail.com or @norvenph on Instagram.
Massage carries inherent risks. These may include, without limitation, muscle soreness, bruising, allergic reactions to oils or lotions, temporary discomfort, or the aggravation of pre-existing conditions you have not disclosed. By arranging a session, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
You agree to inform the therapist immediately if any technique causes pain or discomfort. You may stop the session at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Norven's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a session, including but not limited to negligence, contract, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for that session. Norven shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost wages, lost opportunity, or non-economic losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) or other applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Norven harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from (a) your failure to disclose a relevant health condition, (b) your misrepresentation of any booking detail, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) any inappropriate or unlawful conduct by you toward a therapist.
All content on norvenph.com — including the Norven name, logo, photography, copy, and site code — is the property of Norven or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using Norven you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of Norven after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the Norven website at least 7 days before taking effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Norven service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, except where Philippine consumer protection law requires another venue.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
