Is it safe to have a stranger in my condo?
Every Norven therapist is DOH-licensed, NBI-cleared (Philippine background check), ID-verified, and personally interviewed before joining. We share the therapist's first name and arrival time before they enter your space. Therapists check in via GPS upon arrival and check out when finished.
What if I'm not happy with the session or therapist?
If your session isn't extraordinary, you don't pay. No forms, no questions. Tell us within 24 hours and we'll cancel the charge and rematch you with a different therapist for next time.
Do I need to provide anything?
Just space for a massage table (about 6 ft × 3 ft of floor area). Your therapist brings the table, fresh linens, premium oils, and any music or scent options you've requested.
Can I request the same therapist next time?
Yes. After your first session you can favorite your therapist, and we'll prioritize their availability for future bookings whenever possible.
How does cancellation work?
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your session. Within 2 hours, a 50% fee applies (it covers the therapist's travel time). Same-day reschedule is always free.
Do you serve outside BGC?
Currently we serve Bonifacio Global City and immediate surroundings only. Makati and Ortigas are coming soon. Add yourself to our waitlist via WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or cash on session. We confirm the payment method when we confirm your booking.
