These Terms govern your use of Norven and the home massage services we book on your behalf. Please read them carefully. By booking a session or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Norven is a premium home massage booking service operating in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines. We connect clients with licensed, vetted massage therapists who provide sessions at the client's chosen location (condominium, hotel, office). Throughout these Terms, "Norven," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the Norven service. "You" or "Client" refers to the person booking and receiving a session.

Norven offers booking and concierge coordination of in-home massage sessions delivered by independent licensed therapists. We are not a medical service. Sessions are intended for general relaxation, stress relief, and recovery — not for the diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any medical condition.
Therapists dispatched through Norven are DOH-licensed and have undergone background verification. Norven exercises reasonable diligence in vetting therapists but cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any individual session.
Bookings are confirmed when (a) full payment is received via our online payment partner (Stripe), and (b) you have provided your name, contact number, service location, and preferred date and time. Online payment qualifies you for the Online Pay Promo rate of ₱2,000. The regular rate is ₱2,500.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your card and billing details are handled by Stripe under their own privacy and security terms. Norven does not store full card numbers.
To receive a session, you agree to:
You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or rebooking. Cancellations within 4 hours are non-refundable to cover the therapist's reserved time and travel.
If Norven cancels a booking (therapist unavailable, force majeure, etc.), you will receive a full refund or your choice of rebooking at no cost.
Our quality guarantee: if your session is not extraordinary, you may request a refund within 24 hours by contacting norvenph@gmail.com. We will review the report in good faith and issue a full refund or replacement session at our discretion.
Massage carries inherent risks even when performed by qualified professionals. These may include, without limitation, muscle soreness, bruising, allergic reactions to oils or lotions, temporary discomfort, or the aggravation of pre-existing conditions you have not disclosed. By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
You agree to inform the therapist immediately if any technique causes pain or discomfort. You may stop the session at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Norven's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a session, including but not limited to negligence, contract, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for that session. Norven shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost wages, lost opportunity, or non-economic losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) or other applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Norven harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from (a) your failure to disclose a relevant health condition, (b) your misrepresentation of any booking detail, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) any inappropriate or unlawful conduct by you toward a therapist.
All content on norvenph.com — including the Norven name, logo, photography, copy, and site code — is the property of Norven or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using Norven you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of Norven after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the Norven website at least 7 days before taking effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Norven service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, except where Philippine consumer protection law requires another venue.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
